The Customer Service Representative/ Member Service Specialist is responsible for:
Providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products.
Working with our County Board of DirectorsPromoting Farm Bureau BankAssist individuals/ members with health insurance needsQualifications include:
Previous administrative support experienceOutstanding technical skills including MsOffice applicationsEffective verbal & written communicationStrong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Property & Casualty license (within 6 months of hire) Paid for by companyLife & Health license (within 6 months of hire) Paid for by companyPrevious insurance experience preferredOutside/Inside sales experience a plus!This is a W-2 position only

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
